after eating NASI LEMAK AYAM N ICED 'LIMAU' TEA yg mmg tip-top sdap,
nana blanje yogurt.... lm x mamam yogurt....
wlaupn ad sesetgh org x ska yogurt (ehem2... ecah...)
sbb rsnye yg masam2 cket, tp byk khasiat nye....
antaranye:
* membantu sistem pghadaman... esp. after meal...
* kalsium tggi... kalo nk tggi lg leh la... hehehe... eh x, nk kuatkn tulg.... (sbb da xleh membsar lg... huhu...)
* nk kekal ramping.... elok sgt la tue....
* FAT FREE... ( tp tgk kat mklumat pemakanan dia xla free sgt.... n ad gak saturated fat cket... haishh...)
so kesimpulannye, cuba-try-test la mkn yogurt.... hehehehe.....
mai2 pilih satu.....
apa yg pntg...??? mklumat pmakanan... hehehe....
